Chris Bower is a second-generation builder with a lifelong passion for construction and real estate. Growing up working alongside his father, a master craftsman, he learned the trade from the ground up. From the time he was eight years old, he was hands-on; swinging a hammer, mastering intricate tools, and gaining firsthand experience as a carpenter and installer. Over the years, he worked his way up through the industry, becoming a project manager and eventually the Managing Member of Bower Design and Construction.

Chris’s journey in construction has been filled with incredible experiences, challenges, and rewarding moments. He had the honor of serving as President of the Racine Kenosha Builders Association for eight years, where he worked to support and grow the local building community. However, he recognized that to truly serve his clients at the highest level, he needed to go beyond construction. This realization led him to obtain his real estate license, allowing him to provide a seamless experience for clients navigating the complexities of building, buying, and selling homes.

With a background in both construction and real estate, Chris brings a unique perspective that sets him apart. He doesn’t just see properties as listings; he understands the craftsmanship, materials, and long-term value of a home from a builder’s perspective. Whether guiding a client through a custom build, negotiating contracts, or helping someone find the perfect home, his goal remains the same—to provide expert guidance and unmatched service.

Chris attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, earning a degree in Psychology and Business. His time there, along with his involvement in Kappa Sigma Fraternity, helped shape his leadership and communication skills, which he utilizes daily in his work.

A lifelong resident of the Racine/Kenosha area, Chris has witnessed the real estate market evolve and understands the nuances of its tight-knit communities. He knows what makes each neighborhood special and uses that knowledge to help his clients make informed decisions. Beyond his professional career, his greatest joy comes from his family. Chris and his wife, Megan, are raising their three children, Mark, Ben, and Cora; in the same community they love and serve. Their deep roots in the area reinforce Chris’s dedication to helping families find homes that suit their lifestyles and needs.
